A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session, which will be deducted from your total on the day. The remaining balance can be paid via cash, card, bank transfer, or Afterpay.

If you need to reschedule, just let us know as early as you can, we totally understand that life can get busy.

Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure we can make the most of your session.

We recommend bringing along a few favourite treats, toys, accessories, or a brush - anything that will help your pet feel happy, relaxed, and ready to shine!
